The following attachments must be forwarded with a signed hard copy of your application:
- A copy of your latest Annual Report and audited Annual Accounts
- A copy of your Certificate of Incorporation
- Verification that your organisation has the following Australian Taxation Office registration and endorsement by forwarding a copy of:
(a) ABN Australian Business Number
(b) GST registration
(c) TCC Tax Concession Charities (TCC endorsement was formerly called Income Tax Exempt Charity ITEC)
(d) DGR Deductible Gift Recipient
