Submitting your application
- Step 1: Email an electronic copy of your application to firstname.lastname@example.org . The electronic copy must be in Word format.
- Step 2: Send a hard copy of your application with the signed privacy statement including the requested attachments.

You are invited to phone or email Sandy Shaw, CEO, to discuss any project ideas that you believe fit the funding guidelines prior to making an application.
There are no closing dates for applications. Upon receipt of the electronic and hard copy of the application, applicants will be advised that their application has been received. Applications will be considered at bimonthly Board meetings and applicants will be advised as soon as possible of the outcome of their application.
Successful applicants will be forwarded a cheque for the grant and a copy of the Grant Conditions.
In brief, the grant conditions state that the grant will be used for the project as described in the application; the project will be completed within 12 months; and a final report will be submitted at the end of the project including a signed statement of expenditure of the grant.
The applicant is also required to forward a receipt for the grant by return mail. Failure to adhere to grant conditions will jeopardise consideration of future grant applications.
