The Outer Bounds Project (2016) and the Hear Me Roar project (2017) are designed to build upon an existing four-year relationship with the schools. Students from years 5, 6, 7 and 8 are involved in the projects and continue to be supported to have a voice, and to make their own art and performances to be presented to their community. Important themes relating to nature and gender are explored over the two years. Through the process, young people build their confidence and resilience – helping them make the transition to secondary school. www.polyglot.org.au ROBINVALE DISTRICT HEALTH SERVICES The Robinvale Youth Initiative – Keeping Kids Connected (KKC) Keeping Kids Connected provided young people living in the Robinvale community with a safe, structured and accessible program where they could participate in positive activities during the summer school holidays.
