Newsboys Foundation’s website users that transact on our website or sign up to receive Newsboys Foundation’s e-communications voluntarily provide us with contact information (such as name and e-mail address). We may use this information for specific, limited purposes. You may always “opt out,” of receiving communications from Newsboys Foundation, either now or at any time in the future.
Newsboys Foundation uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer www.newsboysfoundation.org.au and for statistical metrics to track website visitor traffic via Google Analytics.

Newsboys Foundation does not provide, sell, or rent email addresses to anyone.

These links do not fall under the www.newsboysfoundation.org.au domain, and Newsboys Foundation is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of external websites. Your use of any linked website is solely at your own risk.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, officers and contractors who have a business need to know. They will only access your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for analytical, research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
Newsboys Foundation’s website is hosted in Australia and our work is solely conducted in Australia. However, if you choose to use our website from the European Union or another region outside of Australia, from a region with laws governing data collection that differ from Australia, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of such region to Australia for storage and processing. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is effective from 25 May 2018. In that case, Newsboys is the Controller and responsible for your personal data and our Privacy Officer is the Data Protection Officer (DPO). Newsboys has taken all necessary steps to comply with the GDPR and we will only use your personal information and data as the law allows us to. Under certain circumstances, EEA residents have rights under the GDPR to request access to their personal data, request corrections, request erasure of data, object to processing, request restriction of processing, request transfer of data and withdraw consent of processing data.
